Airline Mismanagement

Airline Food Survey

Is this a sensible strategy?

One of the major airlines in the US has decided to continue serving food onboard its flights, for free, in the hope this will encourage more people to choose it over other airlines..

We wonder if this strategy will work.  Seems to us there are at least two problems - the first being that no-one will clearly remember which the airline is that continues to serve food, and the second problem is that no-one will care.

What do you think?

How to Place Your Vote

Please simply answer the two questions below.  Results will be presented in next week's newsletter.  All information is anonymous, etc.

Please check the box for which airline you think is the airline that will continue serving free food.

If you think more than one airline will continue serving free food, you're welcome to check as many boxes as you like.

And if you have no idea at all, please choose the 'Don't know' option at the end of the list.
